All information received by our company when you place your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any other company or individual party. The information will be used only to ensure that your order gets delivered in a timely matter.
 
All credit card information provided during the order process will be deleted from our secure server within 30 days.

Damaged Shipments:
 
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
 
Return Policy:
 
Please email us at service@a-znutritiononline.com for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.  Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns.  Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
 
Back Orders:
 
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping Restrictions:
1) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."
3) If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."
4) The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.   Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.  Your shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.
5) Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.
6) The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
